Executive Committee Meeting Minutes

November 16, 2009

The meeting began at 7:22 p.m. at the Clarion Hotel The Belle in New Castle, DE.

Attending Anthony Guzzo, Carl Thompson, Bob Bloser, Mark Weining, Sam Dali, Scott Clabaugh, Vince Crognale, Bruce Grassano, and John Reader.

Minutes Bruce read the minutes from October and they were approved.

Finance Bob gave us an update, we have $37,014 in the money market account and  $6,065  in the checking account. Bob would like Jon to agree to run the DE before sending the check to NJMP to reserve the track. Jon may need help from Will, Mark, and others.

Riesentöter is willing to cancel their conflicting event if we will guarantee them some slots, they will also provide some instructors. Bruce will confirm this before Bob sends the deposit.

Meals Sam pointed out that we need to resolve the price of the meal at club night and if tip is included. Carl will resolve this.

 Newsletter Anthony cannot edit the newsletter this March. If we cannot find someone to do it there will not be a Newsletter that month.

Events Polo will continue as an event but we will no longer sponsor a match.

Scott will check with John Davis of Motor Week to see if a club night speaker is available.
