Financial—Stover
1) First quarter so far has been pizza and newsletter ($500-$600)
2) Keeping in mind the diverse objectives we have as a club to our members and to the community, as well as his responsibilities as treasurer to retain our abilities to meet these objectives, Stover has researched and laid out some broad financial objectives for events of the club to be determined by the exec board. These events’ objectives would be:
· Make a profit
· Break even; or
· Subsidized by club general funds
The five broad categories would be:
1) Member acquisition & support break even
2) Social events subsidized
3) Driving events profit
4) Charity events dedicated event proceeds
5) Administration subsidized + excess of PCA dues
These guidelines should help us identify resources and keep us on track (no pun intended) Thank you Stover
