Next Meeting

** Wednesday**
June 11th, 2008 7:00 PM

Our next General Meeting will be in May back at our usual location, the Newark Country Club. The Newark Country Club is located approximately 1 mile from downtown Newark on Rt 273 West. [Directions here] Food will be available from their bar menu. Folks start gathering around 6:30pm and the meeting usually formally begins around 7pm. Perfect for hanging out in the parking lot and checking out everybody's rides. Plenty of Porsche Parking.

This is on our regular schedule, the 2nd Wednesday of each month. Be aware, the Country Club dress code is no jeans (but shorts ok).

You don't have to be a member to attend or even own a Porsche. All that's required is an interest in Porsches in all their many forms.

Dyno Day
Dyno Day
At the recent Dyno Day, Delaware Tech Chairman Gregg Wilson expresses surprise that the motor he helped rebuild for Club Prez Mark Weining was down 20% from his own motor. The fact that he competes in the same club race class as Mark was deemed a extraneous detail of no matter.

All kidding aside, the Dyno Days event was a great success with over 17 cars participating and raising over $850 for the Boys & Girls club. Be sure to read the article in the newsletter for all the details.
